Shen Panwen, outstanding Member of the Chinese Communist Party, Member of China Association for Promoting Democracy, outstanding educator, chemist, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Professor of Nankai University, passed away on July 4th in Tianjin at the age of 101.
