On the occasion ofthe first anniversary of the School of Materials Science of engineering, NankaiUniversity, the work summary conference for 2015-2016 was held on July 8th,2016. Guan Naijia-the vice president of Nankai university and secretary of theParty Committee of the school of MSE, Gao Xueping-the vice secretary of theschool of MSE, Bu Xianhe , Sun Jiaming, Huang Yi and Zhang Genghui-the vicedeans of the school of MSE, all the faculties and staffs, studentrepresentatives attended the conference.
The vice dean, Prof.Bu made the work summary on behalf of the whole school. He gave a briefintroduction of the work that had been done in the past year, including academicresearch, talents introduction, both undergraduate and graduate education, administrativework, building of the Communist Party, etc. He also pointed out theachievements, shortcomings and future direction of the school of MaterialsScience and Engineering.
